Anejo Tequila

Showing 1 - 4 of 4 products
Añejo tequila is aged one to three years in oak — at this point the wood starts to dominate more of the flavor, closer in character to a young whisky than to a blanco. Genuine imported stock, delivered nationwide across the Philippines.
Sipping, Not Mixing
More caramel, dried fruit and baking spice than a reposado, and meant to be sipped neat. Using an añejo in a margarita wastes the years and cost put into ageing it — that's a job for a blanco.
What We Stock
Espolon Añejo — 100% agave, bold character from Los Altos.
Casamigos Añejo — fourteen months in American white oak, double the Reposado's time, structural oak that behaves almost like an aged whiskey.
Patrón Añejo — 100% Blue Weber agave, barrel-aged.
Volcán De Mi Tierra Añejo Cristalino — aged, then filtered clear while keeping the barrel-derived flavor — a distinct style within añejo.
Which One Should You Buy?
Your first añejo: Espolon or Patrón — straightforward oak-driven depth.
For real structure, closer to sipping whisky: Casamigos Añejo.
For something visually and stylistically different: Volcán De Mi Tierra Añejo Cristalino — clear like a blanco, tastes like an añejo.
How to Drink It
Neat, in a small tumbler or nosing glass, the same way you'd approach a whisky. No salt, no lime — both would cover up what the ageing paid for.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Cristalino tequila? An añejo (or older) tequila that's been filtered after ageing to remove its color, while keeping most of the barrel-derived flavor — it looks like a blanco but drinks closer to an aged tequila.
