Alpaca Chilean Wine Collection

Showing 1 - 4 of 4 products
Alpaca comes from Viña Santa Carolina, one of Chile's oldest wineries, founded in 1875 in the Maipo Valley just outside Santiago — easy-drinking Chilean wine built for everyday value rather than cellaring. Genuine imported stock, delivered nationwide across the Philippines.
Why Chilean Wine Is Such Good Value
Chile never had phylloxera — the louse that destroyed almost every European vineyard in the 1800s never crossed the Andes or the Atacama. Chilean vines still grow on their own roots, and combined with reliably dry summers and cool nights, that means consistent ripening year after year with far less intervention than many other wine regions need.
What We Stock
Cabernet Sauvignon — black fruit and light spice, medium to full-bodied, the more structured of the two reds.
Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot — the Merlot softens the Cabernet's structure, rounder and easier to drink on its own.
Chardonnay / Semillón — a blended white, riper tropical fruit from the Chardonnay balanced by the Semillón's softer texture.
Chilean Red & White Pack — one of each color, built for households that don't want to commit to a full case of either.
Which One Should You Buy?
For a weeknight or someone new to red: the Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot — the softer of the two.
For steak or richer dishes: the Cabernet Sauvignon on its own.
For seafood or a hot afternoon: the Chardonnay / Semillón.
Not sure which color you'll want: the Red & White Pack.
Serving in Philippine Weather
Reds at 16 to 18°C — twenty minutes out of the ref. The white colder, 8 to 10°C, straight from the ref.
