Welcome to BoozeZania. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of boozezania.store (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who Can Use This Site

BoozeZania sells alcoholic beverages. The Site and its products are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old, the legal drinking age in the Philippines. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally permitted to purchase and consume alcohol under Philippine law. We do not knowingly sell to, or allow use of the Site by, anyone under 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point, including at delivery, and to refuse or cancel an order if age cannot be verified.

2. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising from your use of the Site or a purchase made through it, are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394), the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 8792), and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

3. Electronic Transactions

Under the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000, electronic documents, electronic signatures, and electronic communications between you and BoozeZania — including order confirmations and notices — carry the same legal effect and enforceability as their paper-based equivalents. When you place an order or otherwise communicate with us electronically, you agree that this satisfies any requirement that such communications be in writing.

4. Your Account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion — including where we're unable to verify your age or identity.

5. Orders and Product Descriptions

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including vintage, proof/ABV, packaging, and condition. Product images are for illustration; actual packaging or labeling may vary slightly (for example, due to regional label differences from the distiller or importer). If a product you receive doesn't match its description, your remedies are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which governs all returns, exchanges, and refunds — including for misdescribed, defective, or damaged items.

6. Pricing and Availability

Prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (₱) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders (with a full refund) where a listed price or product availability was shown in error.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms, including delivery partners, timelines, and our Return to Sender policy, are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Returns and Refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy. In the event of any conflict between that policy and this document, the Return & Refund Policy controls.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and design — is the property of BoozeZania or its licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law. You may view and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, resell, scrape, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written consent.

10. Trademarks

"BoozeZania" and our logo are trademarks of BoozeZania. They may not be used in connection with any product or service that isn't ours, in any way likely to cause confusion, or in any way that disparages BoozeZania. Third-party trademarks appearing on the Site (such as brand names of the spirits we sell) belong to their respective owners and their appearance doesn't imply endorsement of BoozeZania by those owners.

11. User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to the Site, it must not be unlawful, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or infringe on anyone's rights, and must not contain spam or malicious code. You grant BoozeZania a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display content you submit in connection with operating and promoting the Site. We may remove or edit submitted content at our discretion, though we don't undertake to review all of it.

12. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title to items you purchase pass to you once BoozeZania hands the order to our delivery partner.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, BoozeZania makes no warranties, express or implied, about the operation of the Site or the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of its content, beyond what is expressly provided under the Consumer Act of the Philippines and our Return & Refund Policy. We don't warrant that the Site or any communications from BoozeZania are free of errors or harmful components.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Philippine law, BoozeZania won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, so please check back periodically. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable under Philippine law, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
