2. Why We Collect It (Purpose and Legal Basis)

Age-related information used to verify legal drinking age is treated as sensitive personal information under the Data Privacy Act. We only collect and process this information with your consent, and only for the purpose of confirming your eligibility to purchase alcohol.

4. How We Share Your Information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to run our business:

  • Delivery partners (Lalamove, Borzo, GoGo Express) to fulfill and deliver your order
  • Payment processors (GCash, PayPal, BPI, Xendit) to process your payment
  • Shopify, our e-commerce platform provider, which hosts the Site and processes data on our behalf
  • Legal and regulatory authorities, where required by law, such as to verify compliance with alcohol sale regulations

Any third party we share your information with is required to protect it and use it only for the purpose we've shared it for.

5. Data Retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy: generally, the length of our business relationship with you plus the period required to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations under Philippine law. Order records are typically retained for at least the period required by Philippine tax and commercial law. Once this period expires, we securely delete or anonymize your information.

We maintain organizational, physical, and technical security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information we collect, including secure (SSL-encrypted) data transmission and restricted access to personal information within our organization.   • Damages for any harm caused by inaccurate, unlawful, or unauthorized use of your personal information
