Yes, for Metro Manila addresses. Orders placed before 5:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery, subject to courier availability. Orders placed after 5:00 PM are scheduled for the next business day.

Some cities and municipalities restrict the sale or delivery of alcohol during certain periods, such as around elections or local ordinances. If this affects your delivery, we may need to delay it until the restriction lifts — we'll try to notify you if this happens.

This can happen if the address provided was incomplete or unreachable, no one was available to receive the order, the delivery was refused without valid reason, or no one with valid ID was available to receive it. In these cases, shipping costs already paid aren't refundable, and rebooking requires paying the new shipping cost. Yes — unopened, unused items in their original, factory-sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns.

Damaged or defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery, with no restocking fee. BoozeZania covers return shipping costs for these.

Any opened, unsealed, or partially consumed bottle, gift cards, clearance/"Final Sale" items, and items missing their original packaging or gift set components. This is due to health, safety, and Philippine excise-regulation reasons.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or GCash.
