Why "London" Doesn't Mean Made in London

The category can be produced anywhere in the world — the name refers to a style perfected in London in the 19th century, not a geographic requirement. What's protected is the process: juniper-forward, redistilled with natural botanicals only, nothing added after the final distillation.
