Shipping

BoozeZania ships nationwide via our 3rd party delivery partners.

Metro Manila shipping is handled by Lalamove or Borzo.

Provincial deliveries are handled by GoGo Express and are usually shipped within 2 to 5 days depending on location.

Shipping costs vary per destination and are determined by our delivery partners. Flat rate delivery fees are also available during a promo period. All shipping are computed during checkout.

Free shipping is available for orders P3,000 and up for Metro Manila areas.

Payment

We accept COD, GCash, Paypal, and BPI bank transfers as payment for items ordered in our online store. Online checkout via Xendit is also available for credit card payments and other e-wallets.

Return to Sender

Orders marked as Return to Sender (RTS) by our third party delivery providers will be inspected and confirm with the customer provided details. Any RTS package due to customer negligence or mistake will still be charged to customer. Any pre-payments or deposits will be forfeited. Packages can be booked for another delivery only if the customer pays the new shipping cost in full. RTS packages sent via free shipping will be charged the initial shipping cost plus the the new shipping cost.

Packaging

BoozeZania ensures proper packaging of your orders before we ship it to our delivery partners. We use BZ Green Packaging policy for all packaging materials such as corrugated rolls, recyclable cartons and inner boxes. We do not use non-biodegrable packaging like bubble wraps, plastics and other similar materials.
