Wheat beer (witbier) is brewed with a large proportion of wheat alongside barley, usually unfiltered, lighter and more aromatic than a standard lager. Genuine imported stock, delivered nationwide across the Philippines.

Why It Looks Cloudy

Unfiltered wheat and suspended yeast are what give witbier its hazy, pale-yellow look — the cloudiness is intentional, not a flaw. It's part of why the style pours and drinks so differently from a clear lager.

Who It Suits

Witbier is a hot-weather beer and one of the easiest styles to hand someone who says they don't like beer — low bitterness, soft texture, citrus rather than hops.

How to Serve It

Very cold, 3 to 5°C, in a wide glass if you have one — it shows off the cloudy pour and lets the citrus aroma come through.

Food Pairing

Grilled seafood and shrimp, chicken inasal, salads and light dishes, soft cheeses.
