Gold Moscato is the richer end of the Moscato range. Same low alcohol and same gentle fizz, but with more weight to it — ripe peach and tropical fruit with a note of honey behind. It suits dessert better than the standard Moscato, and holds up to spicier food.

Production
Made from Muscat grapes with a slightly later pick than the standard Moscato, which builds the riper stone-fruit and honey character. Cool fermentation is stopped early to retain sweetness and keep alcohol low.
