Distilled in 2007 ("2-007") and matured for 18 years, this limited-edition single malt was crafted by The Macallan Whisky Maker Russell Greig. The whisky draws inspiration from Bond's appreciation of fine wines and sherry, featuring a unique maturation profile that combines:
- Sherry-seasoned European oak casks
- Sherry-seasoned American oak casks
