Production
Glen Grant was founded in 1840 by brothers James and John Grant in Rothes, Speyside. James "The Major" Grant introduced the tall, slender stills and purifiers still used today — Glen Grant remains the only Scotch distillery to purify vapor on both distillations, producing a signature clean, fruity spirit. The 18 Year Old takes that base through extended maturation in hand-selected ex-Bourbon barrels and remade hogshead casks for exceptional depth and complexity.
