Production
Glen Grant was founded in 1840 by brothers James and John Grant in Rothes, Speyside. In 1872, James "The Major" Grant took over and introduced the tall, slender stills and water-cooling purifiers that still define the distillery's clean, light character today. Now owned by Campari Group, Glen Grant remains one of Scotland's most awarded and widely enjoyed single malts.
