The name is the recipe. Two-Fold blends wheat and malted barley rather than using malt alone, then ages the result in red wine barrels from Melbourne wineries. Wheat softens a whisky considerably — it is why wheated bourbons are gentler than rye-heavy ones — and here it makes for the most approachable Starward in the range.
Note: this is a double grain whisky, not a single malt.
