Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at BoozeZania, and applies to both defective/damaged items and change-of-mind (buyer's remorse) returns.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking confirmation. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

What Can Be Returned

• Defective or damaged items: If your order arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise defective, it is eligible for a full refund or replacement, no questions asked.
• Change of mind: If you simply changed your mind, unopened, unused items in their original, factory-sealed packaging (bottle seal intact, no signs of tampering) may also be returned within the 7-day window.

What Cannot Be Returned

For health, safety, and Philippine excise-regulation reasons, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Any bottle or product that has been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed
• Gift cards and store credit
• Clearance or "Final Sale" items, clearly marked as such at checkout
• Items missing their original packaging, box, or gift set components

If any of your items fall into these categories, we'll let you know as soon as we review your request.

How to Start a Return

1. Email boozezania@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason.
2. We'll confirm your eligibility and send you return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide, or hand it to our courier partner for pickup where available.

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or damaged items: BoozeZania covers all return shipping costs.
• Change-of-mind returns: The customer covers return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for defective or damaged items. Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, GCash, PayPal, or bank transfer). If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we'll arrange a bank transfer or GCash refund instead.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product. To request an exchange instead of a refund, note this when you email us to start your return.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit for the value of your return once it's received. If the order wasn't marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift-giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Age Verification

As a retailer of alcoholic beverages, BoozeZania only sells to and processes returns for individuals of legal drinking age in the Philippines. Proof of age may be required to process a return or refund.
