That takes days, and it is what produces the smoothness.

How to Serve
Neat, over ice, or as the base of a Whiskey Sour or Old Fashioned. It also makes the obvious highball with cola — which is what most of this bottle will become, and there is nothing wrong with that.
How It Differs From Gentleman Jack
One charcoal mellowing instead of two. Old No.7 is filtered once before barrelling; Gentleman Jack is filtered again afterwards, making it softer. Old No.7 is the better mixer, Gentleman Jack the better sipper.
