How to Serve
Neat, in a nosing glass. Because it is non-chill filtered it may go slightly cloudy if chilled or watered heavily — that is a sign of quality rather than a fault, and it is why a few drops of water is better than ice here.
How It Differs From the Standard 15
Both are fifteen years old and both use the Solera system. This one is non-chill filtered and comes in Travel Retail packaging, which gives it more body and makes it the better collector's bottle. The standard Solera 15 is the one to open.
