Both bottles come from Witchcraft Distillery in the Northern Philippine Highlands, founded in 2015 by Master Distiller Jackson So — the producer of the first single malt whiskey from the region.
This pairs the gin and the honeyed malt, which is the most useful two-bottle combination in the range: one for cocktails, one for the glass.
What's In The Bundle
Ghost Craft Gin
Handcrafted with 18 botanicals, 17 of them locally foraged in the Cordilleras. Light and perfumed on the nose with crisp zest and herbs; a luxurious texture across the palate moving through citrus, earthy, floral, herbal and spiced notes; a cool, silky finish.
The distillery's own recommendation: satin smooth for a Martini, velvet rich for a Negroni.
Avallach Craft Single Malt Whiskey — 700ml
A union of two barrels, distilled from barley and pure Cordilleran spring water. Honeyed vanilla and toasted oak on the nose with coconut and subtle spices; layers of elegant oak, mild spice, vanilla and fruit on the palate; a sweet, smooth caramel finish.
The coconut note is the marker of tropical maturation and worth looking for.
