Fifteen Years, Double Aged — Honey, Toffee and Floral Notes
Dewar's 15 was the first whisky created by Stephanie MacLeod, who became Dewar's seventh Master Blender in 2006 and has since been named Master Blender of the Year multiple times. She built it to be sweeter and lighter than a typical fifteen-year-old blend.
The double ageing process applies here too — the blend returns to oak after blending — and combined with Dewar's golden water source it produces a whisky that is unusually smooth for its age and strength.
