The Full Witchcraft Range — Two Single Malts and a Gin
All three bottles come from Witchcraft Distillery in the Northern Philippine Highlands, founded in 2015 by Master Distiller Jackson So after years spent travelling to learn distilling traditions. What began as a personal project shared with friends became the first single malt whiskey from the region.
This is the complete set — and because the two whiskies go in opposite directions, it is also the only way to taste what the distillery can actually do.
What's In The Bundle
Avallach Craft Single Malt Whiskey — the honeyed one
A union of two barrels, distilled from barley and pure Cordilleran spring water. Honeyed vanilla and toasted oak with coconut and subtle spices; elegant oak, mild spice, vanilla and fruit on the palate; a sweet, smooth caramel finish. No smoke.
Spectre 431 Craft Single Malt Whiskey — the smoky one
A smoky veil layered in caramel and mild vanilla, unfolding into dark chocolate and lifted by florals. On the palate the velvety smoke reveals oak, marmalade and a second wave of dark chocolate, rounded by subtle spice and roasted nuttiness. The finish carries dried fruit and a whisper of ginger.
Ghost Craft Gin — the botanical one
Handcrafted with 18 botanicals, 17 locally foraged in the Cordilleras. Light and perfumed with crisp zest and herbs, moving through citrus, earthy, floral, herbal and spiced notes to a cool, silky finish. Built for Martinis and Negronis.
Why the Full Set Is Worth It
Avallach and Spectre 431 are the same category from the same distillery and taste almost nothing alike — one honeyed and gentle, one smoky and complex. Owning both is how you understand the house, and tasting them side by side is a genuinely interesting evening. The gin covers the cocktails.
Tasting Order
If you are opening all three: gin first, then Avallach, then Spectre 431. Lightest to heaviest, and the smoke will flatten everything after it.
