Description
Seven months in American white oak. That is short for a reposado — the legal minimum is two months and many sit closer to a year — and the effect is deliberate: enough barrel to round off the edges, not enough to bury the agave underneath.
The result is the most versatile bottle in the range. It behaves like a blanco in cocktails but has enough weight to sip.

Tasting Notes
- Nose: Caramel, roasted agave, soft oak

How to Serve
Neat or over a single cube. In a margarita it makes a rounder, less bracing drink than the Blanco. It is also the best of the four in an Old Fashioned made with tequila instead of whiskey.

Questions
How much difference does 7 months make?
Enough to notice immediately. The Blanco is bright and herbal; the Reposado is rounder, sweeter and carries vanilla from the barrel. Neither is better — they are different drinks.
Is it a sipping tequila?
It works either way, which is the point of it. The Añejo is the more committed sipping bottle.
