Description
Reserva demands at least three years' total ageing, with a minimum of one year in barrel — and Beronia goes to eighteen months. That extra time shows as structure rather than weight: the fruit is still there, but it sits inside a frame of oak, spice and toast.
This is the range's sweet spot. Noticeably more serious than the Crianza without the price or the occasion-only feel of a Gran Reserva.

Questions
Crianza or Reserva?
Crianza for a weeknight, Reserva when the meal matters. The gap between them is bigger than the price difference suggests.
Should I decant it?
Half an hour open, or a quick decant. It opens up noticeably.
