Description
Limón is Bacardi's white rum infused with lemon — and unusually for a flavoured rum, it leans tart rather than sweet. That makes it useful in a way most flavoured spirits aren't: it behaves like a rum with the citrus already handled, rather than like a liqueur you have to work around.
At 27% ABV it also sits lighter than a standard rum, which suits long mixed drinks.
