Green apple, pear and white peach with lively bubbles and a clean, dry finish. If you are making an Aperol Spritz or a Bellini, this is the bottle.

How to Make a Spritz
Three parts Prosecco, two parts Aperol, one splash of soda, over plenty of ice in a large wine glass. Orange slice. That is the whole recipe. For a Bellini: two parts Prosecco to one part white peach purée, no ice.
