Description
Belgian Dark Ale at 8.5% — Triple Fermented
Delirium Nocturnum is the dark sister to Delirium Tremens, and it is considerably more beer than its size suggests. Triple fermented with a further re-fermentation in the bottle, it is warm and velvety with a strong taste and a long bitter aftertaste.
At 8.5% ABV this is closer to wine strength than lager strength. Treat it accordingly.
