The reposado in Jose Cuervo's 100% agave range. Two months in oak is the legal minimum for a reposado and it is enough to round the edges off the blanco without burying the agave — which keeps this versatile rather than turning it into a sipping-only bottle.
Like the Tradicional Silver beside it, this is 100% Blue Weber agave, not a mixto.

- Palate: Rounder and softer than the Silver — caramel, gentle spice, clean agave underneath
- Finish: Warm and medium-length
How to Serve
Neat over a large cube, or in a margarita where you want it rounder. The oak also makes it the better of the two in a tequila Old Fashioned.
How It Differs From Tradicional Silver
Time in oak. The Silver is unaged — bright, peppery, agave-forward, and the better paloma base. The Reposado is softer and sweeter, and the better bottle to drink over ice.
